Why we built this
Small hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals running WordPress deserve a reception tool that just works — without the complexity and cost of enterprise property management systems.
Most existing solutions cost thousands per month and require migrating away from the booking plugin you already use. Booking Reception takes a different approach: it connects directly to your existing WordPress booking plugin and gives your front desk a clean, iPad-optimized dashboard for managing arrivals, departures, and guest check-ins.
How it works
Install our free WordPress plugin, connect it to your Booking Reception account, and you're ready to go. The plugin auto-detects whether you're using WP Booking System, MotoPress Hotel Booking, or Booking Calendar — and syncs your bookings in real-time over an encrypted connection.
